Europäisches Ausland, Türkei und die Staaten auf dem Gebiet der ehemaligen Sowjetunion einschließlich Litauen, Lettland und Estland Versichert sind Haftpflichtansprüche, (1) die vor Gerichten dieser Länder geltend gemacht werden sowie (2) aus der Verletzung oder Nichtbeachtung des Rechts dieser Länder. 3. Für die zuvor nicht genannten Länder (1) aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Prüfungstätigkeit, wenn dem Auftrag nur deutsches Recht zurgrunde liegt, (2) aus der geschäftsmäßigen Hilfe in Steuersachen, die das Abgabenrecht von Staaten betrifft, die zuvor nicht genannt sind, wenn dem Auftrag nur deutsches Recht zugrunde liegt. In beiden Fällen beschränkt sich die Versicherungsleistung auf die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Mindestversicherungssumme. 4. Weltweit für Haftpflichtansprüche aus Tätigkeiten, die über Niederlassungen, Zweigniederlassungen oder weitere Beratungsstellen im Ausland ausgeübt werden und zwar maximal in Höhe der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestversicherungssumme. Räumlicher Geltungsbereich (AVB WSR 558) für RECHTSANWALT 1. Deutschland 2. Europäisches Ausland Versichert sind Haftpflichtansprüche aus Tätigkeiten (1) im Zusammenhang mit der Beratung und Beschäftigung mit europäischem Recht; (2) des Rechtsanwalts vor europäischen Gerichten. 3. Weltweit in Höhe der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestversicherungssumme für Haftpflichtansprüche aus der Inanspruchnahme des Versicherungsnehmers vor außereuropäischen Gerichten. 4. Der Versicherungsschutz bezieht sich nicht auf Haftpflichtansprüche aus Tätigkeiten über im Ausland eingerichtete oder unterhaltene Kanzleien oder Büros.
