Unternehmen-Online (Business Online) is an effective and reliable produkt to give you optimum support in making such decisions. You can access all applications in a secure client area and use them online; a high degree of security ist provided by DATEV using "mlDentify". At any time you can not only access and print out your business data, for example financial or payroll accounts, but also enter your data electronically.

The online applications offered range from financial accounting (cash book and ivnoice reigster, invoicing, document management) to payroll and salary payments (in particular preregistration of wage data) to information on payment transactions, banking information and other analysis procedures.

Financial accounting

Cash book

• Cash receipts and disbursements are no longer recorded manually, but entered online.
• Automatic check routines in the program save the user lenghtly and time-consuming comparisons where cash balances differ.
• The data sets entered in this way can immediately be further processed in the financial accounting software.

Invoice register

• Supporting documents in paper form have been recorded manually till now. How up-to-date your accounting is depends crucially on how often your supporting documents are delivered to your tax adviser.
• In this module, the purchase and sales invoices are now entered online. The client digitalises the documents by fax or scanner and sends the electronic documents to the person responsible at VRT.
• You keep the original documents in-house.
• Finally, the accounts are created on the basis of the digitalised documents: the document images are automatically linked to prepared accounting records.

Other financial accounting modules

• In the Rechnungsschreiben-Online (online invoicing) program, sales invoices can be prepared automatically and information on outstanding and paid invoices provided.
• In the Belegverwaltung-Online (online document administration) program, the documents required for the invoice register are entered electronically and stored for other applications.

Payroll and salary

Lodas-Vorerfassung Online (online preregistration of payroll and salaryy records)

• Until now, specialist knowledge was necessary for payroll data entry. This module enables client data entry without previous knowledge of payroll accounting.
• The program guides you through the entry of your employees' most important personal data. The data entered are then electronically transmitted to the person at VRT who will carry out your payroll accounting for you.

Information and service

Auswertung Online (online evaluation)

• Wherever you have online access, all the relevant data of your business accounting and your complete payroll accounitng are available immediately at any time of day.
• Data transfer is encrypted and is protected by the DATEV security zone.

Bankinfo Online (online banking information)

• With your authorisation, your company bank can give you access to encrypted data relating to your account.
• This allows you to retriebe and print out your account transactions promptly and securely. We can import the data provided in this way and use it in financial accoutning.

Zahlungsverkehr Online (Online payment transactions)

• The master data stored in this program help you in carry out your payment transactions efficiently. Payment orders and documentation are created electronically.
