I. Zusch\u00fcsse von Land NRW und Bund f\u00fcr Kleinstunternehmen (bis 10
Mitarbeitern) und Unternehmen bis 50 Mitarbeitern
Das Land NRW und der Bund stellen Zusch\u00fcsse zur Verf\u00fcgung, um kurzfristige Liquidit\u00e4tsl\u00fccken zu decken.

1. Voraussetzungen
Antragsteller ist gewerbliches oder gemeinn\u00fctziges Unternehmen, Soloselbstst\u00e4ndiger oder Angeh\u00f6riger der Freien Berufe mit bis zu 50 Besch\u00e4ftigten
– Hauptsitz des Antragstellers in NRW
– Antragsteller muss bei einem deutschen Finanzamt angemeldet sein
– Am Markt t\u00e4tig vor dem 31.12.2019 – Seit dem 14.05.2020 besteht auch f\u00fcr nach dem 31.12.2019 (aber vor dem 11.03.2020) gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen die M\u00f6glichkeit die Soforthilfe \u00fcber einen Angeh\u00f6rigen der steuerberatenden Berufe zu
beantragen.
– Schwierigkeiten in Folge der Corona-Krise, d.h. das Unternehmen darf nicht bereits zuvor in Schwierigkeiten gewesen sein. Die Schwierigkeiten in Folge der Corona Krise werden angenommen, wenn:

– die Ums\u00e4tze gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahresmonat mehr als halbiert sind; kann der Vorjahresmonat nicht herangezogen werden (z.B. bei Gr\u00fcndungen), gilt der Vormonat.
